•TWENTY years’ experience - 1998 to 2017 - in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects. I worked in various Construction / Inspection roles within PMT, PMC, EPC and TPI organizations.
•Areas of expertise are developing, implement, monitor and improve mechanical construction procedures for Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects.
•Achieved thorough knowledge in Preservation techniques, Installation, Alignment & Inspection of, Rotating Equipment, Static Equipment, Vessel Internals, Air fin coolers, Structures, API 650 and 620 Tanks etc. Experienced in fabrication and erection of atmospheric, floating, sphere type tanks including jacking method. Familiar in DAC walk downs, Pre-Commissioning, MC walk downs, Punching, Hazop & RFSU, Dossier review etc. I have general and broad knowledge of Civil, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Painting and Insulation disciplines.
•Well-versed in preparation/verification of Constructability data, Construction plan, QCP, ITP, Method Statements, Job Hazard Analysis, NCR, DR, ITR, Concession Request, Technical Query, MER etc. related to the project.
•Proficient in review and implementation of Project Schedule (e.g. Base line, level 3, level 5), Progress measurement, Progress reporting, Risk Assessment and Management, Right the First Time concept etc. Able to verify the implementation of Management of Change (MoC) through CTN, VO and site implementation results.
•Ensured that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Client Specifications, ITP's, Procedures and Site Instructions. Monitored work status to determine potential interface or schedule problems and to aid application of preventive measures to negate the potential negative effect
•Familiar with Code & Standards - ASME, ASTM, API, Aramco, ADNOC, ISO 9001:2008, OSHA etc.
•Ensured that all construction contractors' supervision and work force are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures, instructions, and Client requirements.
•Ensured that Company regulations with regard to work safety and environment preservation maintained as per ISO, OSHA standards and Permit to Work system in place for Greenfield and Brownfield projects. Experienced as Area Authority, starting from PTW system development and its implementation. Sturdy knowledge in oversight of PTW matrix development and various permits procedures and packs.
•Reviewed and assisted in development of the Construction portion of site closeout reports. Ensured that previous lessons learned reviewed and new lessons learned recorded.
