I am Having 10 plus years of Total Experience in which 8 plus years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery into ITES sector and 2 plus years in sales and marketing of life Insurance sector. I am having experience of setting process, documenting the same and tracking its follow up by respective departments. i am good in documentation and follow-up. I am having good interpersonal skills as i have to get projects done with the help of Team (internal/external department), Vendor, Service providers. I worked with Stakeholders and SME as a bridge between technical and non-technical personnal in the organisation. I am semi technical, have done ITIL and CCNA to have sound knowledge of Networks/Server and best practices. I am open to relocate provided good career opportunities, safe living environment and good remuneration i should get. I am not working currently and i am free to join within 30 days time frame.
