checkups & preventive maintenance of all machinery equipment's in time.

 Organizing & ordering the necessary spares & relevant items in time for
updating the maintenance schedule.

 Work planning, Reduced Cost Budgeting & other related.

 Implementing preventive maintenance schedule for the plant & necessary
actions to avoid loss of sales.

 Implementing internal Workshop trainings & other safety measures
training for staff to get good knowledge skills in their works.

 Designing, planning & executing the new plant equipments as per the
company norms

 Participates in the planning and evaluation of capital equipment
purchases, modifications and associated spare parts purchases.

 Assists in the planning and designing of improvements in the process line
layout and related equipment.

 Wide experience in Reefer Containers (Maersk, P&O Nedloyd, Zim, Mol &
Etc)

 Knowledge of all Electrical equipments & Control Panels related to the
Food Processing Plants & Refrigeration Machinery equipments.

 Knowledge of PLC Controls & SCADA

 Experience in Water treatment plants, Effluent treatment plants

 Experience in Operating Vehicle movements / Logistics

 Supportive Experience in HACCP 9001 implementation organization &
implemented HACCP 22000 certification.
