*Liaison between the MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) Trade Contractors and the Civil General Contractor.
*Coordinate and resolve conflicting as per plan and actual installations between the MEPF trade contractors.
*Oversee the installations of the Trade Contractors under the civil contractor scope of works.
*Responsible to the installation of pipes sleeves, and blackouts for MEPF provisions when trade contractors were not yet deployed on site.
*Provide reminders to the trade contractors for any anticipated conflict that may occur in the future due to the simultaneous activities of the MEPF contractors and general contractor.
*Preparation and punch listing of equipment rooms/areas needed by the MEPF Contractors such as Substation, Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU, Pump, and Electrical.
*Inspection of MEPF trade contractor installations.
*Supervise the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Temporary Power for the facilities and site operation of the general contractor.
