Santosh Singh

I am an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and having around 15 years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary. I hold bachelor degree in law (LL.B.) from Mumbai University and also done MBA (Finance) from SCDL, Pune. Presently, I am working with Mahanagar Gas Limited (“MGL”) on retainer ship basis as a full-time consultant and handled the matters for Initial Public Offer (“IPO”) of the company. I also have good knowledge of Computer operation including MS Office, Financial Accounting, Internet, E-filing, Networking etc.

During the tenure of my career, I have handled the matters related to Incorporation of Company, Due Diligence, Takeover, Amalgamation, Merger, De-merger, Compliances, Corporate Affairs, Restructuring, Financing matters, Finalization of Accounts, MIS Reporting, preparation of various types of Agreements, MOU, SPSHA, JVA and also handled the matters related to ROC / RD / RBI / FDI / FEMA.

I am young energetic and have the acumen to grasp the given situation and put in my best to deal with it.
