Having over 11+ year’s international experience, I have largely oversee areas of architectural aspects for construction projects including review shop drawings, design specifications, materials as well project management as a certified “PMP” and sustainability concepts as a certified “LEED Green Associate” and provide overall guidance in areas of budgets to meet project milestones. At present, I seek a challenging senior role as Senior Architect & oversee assigned functions.

As Senior Architect, with Drake & Scull Construction, Makkah, KSA, my experience includes overseeing review design Arch. Drawings, reports, & specifications submitted at each stage of the construction to ensure completeness, correctness, & in compliance to norms. I pride myself in delivering my project on time within budget and in line with my stakeholders’ expectations. Among other tasks I can initiate steps to reduce costs, enhance efficiency and productivity in plant operations.

My ability to coordinate with MEP, structure, and ID drawing, integrate engineering element into unified design as well as produce detailed drawings, workings, & shop drawings can prove useful in future. My competencies include ability to work efficiently in demanding work environments, possess domain knowledge in produce detailed workings shop drawings. Among other tasks, I can prove to be invaluable for your company in managing raising and reply of any related architecture works RFI, letters or any other official correspondence to consultant, client or sub-contractors and follow up on project documentation. In fact, I can also interface on Id designs and comply with the operator requirements
