Current Job Profile described below-

• Lead the scientific research activity for developing functionally improved nutraceuticals products from concept to prototype at development stage, facilitate scale-up batches; prepare stability protocol and conducting stability as per guidelines for end-to-end product development.
• Developing in-house quality parameter and methods for robust QC/QA of developed products.
• Ensuring successful project management with cross functional teams- procurements, IP, regulatory, third party vendor management, NABL labs and liasoning with collaborators. Technical dossier preparation.
• Testing clinical efficacy/attributes (bioavailability) through coordinating with clinical research organization and collaborating with Academic Institutions/Universities. Involved in protocol development of Human Phase I, Rat pharmacokinetics and efficacy studies for the developed products.
• Technology transfer document preparation for process transfer from lab scale to plant scale manufacturing of developed Nutraceutical products. Raw materials and vendor management for commercial manufacturing.
• Facilitation and anchoring commercial manufacturing and pilot scale with third party/in-house set up..
• Formulating or constructing new product formulation, sub components that results in a product that meets consumer’s needs and aligns with business priorities.
• Agrochemical formulation developed through synergistic molecular complexation with sustained delivery.
• Worked as co-investigator in several research projects for solid state pre-formulations developments of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredients for Tata Group companies as well as leading multinational companies.
