I am an enthusiastic and motivated corporate legal professional, with an international outlook and keen interest in business. My experience of working in a leading national law firm and in trust companies in Netherlands has given me a solid foundation in the corporate legal arena. The clients I have worked for, includes governmental bodies, private limited, stock listed companies and individuals. I have always been interested in understanding the business aspects of transactions and trying to add value for clients where appropriate. My strong legal background has equipped me with many skills including excellent Organizational skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, attention to detail, strong analytical, negotiating and drafting skills. I am now seeking to move to a leading international firm and am particularly interested in the area of Business and Corporate.
