I have extensive experience in managing mid-large scale implementations of SaaS (using Amazon Cloud), COTS applications such as Siebel CRM, IAM with expertise in the core areas of DevOps, Applications Support, Release Management, Change Management, Incident Management, working with cross functional business teams, working on multiple projects and under tight budget.
Mentor Team members, ensure we have right skill set, if not train/coach employees, ensuring Standard Operations Procedures are implemented, document process flow and operational readiness, monitoring applications and acting as SME along with 7x24 support ensuring KPI's are provided to stake holders and making sure applications are available 5 9's.
