I have 26 years old, Completed NEBOSH IGC, Advance diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE, B.Sc. Industrial & Diploma from the faculty of Mechanical Engineering with working experience of 4+ years, I started working as a Trainee Engineer (TPM) Coordinator at Mahindra & Mahindra AFS Nagpur, Worked at TVS Tyres Nagpur (TVS Tread, Sundaram Industries Limited) as Plant Operational Manager looking overall Plant (HSE) Health Safety Environment & operational Excellence activities, where I have been repeatedly recognized.
Now currently working as Engineer – Safety & Industrial Engineering (HSE & Operational Excellence) at Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited, Raipur, Chattisgrah.
I am writing for my legal services, competency in looking after a client’s interests and my professional conduct.

As an experienced Engineer who possesses extensive Production, Site & Plant Safety knowledge, strong leadership to witness the critical role play in ensuring justice for all parties in need of skills and superb relationship management abilities, I feel I would be an ideal candidate for this position.

A review of my attached CV will quickly confirm to you that I am able to design and implement process improvements aimed at streamlining activities whilst at the same time driving up performance and quality. However what my resume may not show is my ability to provide motivational and inspirational leadership to supervisors and key staff, thereby helping them to develop themselves and their departments further.

My experience to date has equipped me with a multitude of relevant skills in not only in ISO, TPM Implementation & sustenance, Production, Quality but also in running core areas of any operational setup. I consider myself to be a technically minded individual who is capable of working in a fast paced and ever changing environment and who is eager to learn about the latest platforms and technologies as they emerge. As a prolific trouble shooter, I am comfortable with tackling problem right through from detection to resolution. My core strengths include but are not limited to;
