Handling in-house production planning for the Machine shop, Process planning, PPC and Assembly.
Overseeing overall procurement activities, subcontract operations, vendor development & implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations.

Maintenance
.Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various equipments & machinery to increase machine up time and reliability.
Identifying the areas of obstruction/ defects and conducting root cause analysis & effect analysis to rectify the equipments.
Coordinating material/ spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.

Quality & Inspection
Monitoring adherence to quality systems & complying with quality standards for promoting activities along with maintaining requisite documents.
Implementing quality systems in the organization to reduce rejections and ensuring zero defect products
