My role is to create parts in UGNX 11 & in CATIA V5 R20, converting them into JT Files & open them in Tecnomatix Robotics & Process Simulation Software. Preparing resource libraries by importing JT to COJT, Layout preparation using parts & Resources, Creating paths of Robots using APP & make it in Sequence, checking collision of Robot with objects. Creating various Simulative Operations.
Adding events to Simulative Operations. Creating weld points & Assign it to the weld part..
Also working on Sheet Metal, Parametric Modeling, Reverse Engineering Components, Part Modeling, Surfacing Modeling, Seating System.
