Rupam Jain

I am an IT Professional with 18 months of work experience as a Software Engineer at Wipro Infotech, Hyderabad. (Oct, 2011- April, 2013)
At Wipro, I have worked on a project which gave me the opportunity to be the part of both Production support and Web application development team, it has helped me gain a lot of exposure to client interactions, understanding and resolving live issues from clients that incorporates identifying code issues in application, guiding user about application, DB updation in MySQL along with handling ownership of various modules involving development and documentation.
Throughout my experience, I have developed a wealth of transferable skills, including organisational, multi tasking and interpersonal skills. I utilize my communicative abilities to build, develop and maintain beneficial relationships at all levels.
Following a return to the job market after a career break due to some personal reasons, I am now looking to secure a challenging and rewarding role and I believe that these skills, together with my knowledge and expertise, would make me an asset within your organisation.
