I am searching for a position in the field of Supply Chain - logistics, transport/freight, 3PL/4PL management, process setup, logistics optimization.
At the present I live in Czech Republic-Prague but I am open to relocate worldwide and available immediately.
I have university education, speaking English, French, Russian, Czech,Slovak.
Having long term experience in operational logistics and transport management, export/import trade regulations, process settings, costs optimization, 3PL/4PL management and experience from work in telecommunication factory in France and from Oil&Gas engineering projects in India and Slovakia.
I successfully handled the claim processes with insurance companies and was recognised for my responsibility to properly handle transport activities, to manage all the relevant paperworks (Packing Lists, Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Permits, Licenses) and customs formalities, INCOTERMS specification in line with international trade requlations.
Due to my continuous stock level monitoring and its on-time replenishment there was always secured fully operational and reliable network what contributed to the customers satisfaction.
I was also responsible for placement the Purchase Orders - PO’s to make sure that the are sufficient quantity of spares at the central warehouse to cover the exchange of the faulty parts to avoid the outage of the network. I supervised the stock keeping, ran the regular inventory inspection, cycle counting and assisted during the financial audits.
Additionally I controlled the repair process-RMA, made an evaluation of price quotation-RFQ, prepared the Service Level Agreements-SLA and Standard Operation Procedures-SOP.
