Had my last stint with a telecom service industry Bharti Airtel Limited . I was associated with this organization for 9 years. During my tenure in Bharti have been assigned various roles. My last job portfolio was a Manger Contact Experience where I was responsible for giving world class superior services to customers with minimal contacts at the call center.
