I am an HR professional having total 12 years of diversified work experience in Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI and Project Management Consulting (Construction) organizations as Business HR, HR Lead and internal HR Advisory. Throughout my experience , I have successfully managed the HR function including HR operations, Policies formulation, Talent Acquisition & Resource Management, Talent Management and Performance Management, Influencing and Coaching Business Leaders, Executing and Enabling HR during Business Integration, Organizational Changes, Employee Motivation and Engagement, HR Compliance and other HR activities. I am deft in building up HR budgeting, talents acquisition, controlling attrition, engaging employees and building committed teams; handling the large chunk of people, taking measures to encourage employees to remain in the organization for the maximum period of time. I have the excellent abilities in addressing and implementing strategic plans in the areas of human resources.

I am currently designated as HR Manager - India with Faithful + Gould (An International Project Management Consulting Company, the part of ATKINS Group). Here, I am responsible for administering the entire array of HR functions for F+G India. Prior to that I have worked with the Companies like ITC Limited, Reliance Limited and Angel Broking Limited.
