Amaris Terminal is a Public Private Partnership between the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority and Jospong Group of Companies. As a 100% Ghanaian Company, Amaris Terminal is licensed by the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority to operate as an export terminal at the Tema Port.
As a new export terminal, Amaris’ state of the Art facilities are unmatched within the industry, providing services in the area of Container Storage and Handling, Container Repairs and Maintenance, Container sales and leasing, trucking, warehousing, stuffing of export cargo, container weighing and container scanning Beginning July 1st 2016 all containers meant for export will have their weights verified before been loaded onto vessels.
The approximate turnover is USD$ 20 Million per annum.

• Tarpaulin Manufacturing Division: This facility is located in Ndola Zambia itself, and it contributes to about 3% of turnover. It is involved in manufacturing of PVC/canvas tarpaulins and camping tents
• Tissue Plant Manufacturing Division: This facility is located in Ndola Zambia itself, and it contributes to about 1% of turnover. It involves manufacturing of tissue rolls & napkins
