I am MBA Finance & B.E in Mechanical Engineering. I had a chance to work with leading Infrastructure Companies like MEP Infrastructure, Ace Energy & Infrastructure, SNC-Lavalin Engineering. I am Entrepreneurial minded manager with experience in incubating corporate. I have Extensive experience of working with Promoters, senior management, Consultants and Cross functional team.
I had the good fortune of leading Equity (IPO) Fund raising activity which has given me a good insight into the entire mechanism of investment banking.
In addition my role has involved identifying worthwhile business opportunities, Project bidding, business analysis and planning, financial analysis, business modelling,Financial Engineering and risk management,project management, contract Liaison with businesses and agencies for business requirements and making strategic presentations to company management.
