Graduated in mechanical engineering in 2010 I took up a job as a GET in victora tools engineers Pvt. ltd. where my responsibilities are but not limited to:

First piece approval after quality checks
Preparing Quality check sheets and reports
Reporting daily qaulity issues to Manager Quality control.
Ensuring Poke Yoke for sheet metal products on shop floor.

In 2011 I joined Interarch building Products Pvt. Ltd. one of the reputed PEB industry in India
as an Engineer Q.C where my responsibilities are but not limited to:

Inprocess Inspection of PEB.
Welding Inspection as per approved QAP using NDT techniques
Ensuring Welding activities as per approved WPS
Preparation and qualification of WPS/WPQR/WQR for new process.
Raw material and Weld consumable inspection at receiving stage
Ensuring proper storage of weld consumable.
Handling client inspection.
Ensuring weld rectification under pre decided benchmark.
SAP R3 for QM Module as CTM.
Reporting daily QC activities to HOD QA/QC.
Fulfilling Destructive testing requirement of base metal and welds as per approved QAP.
