Solid experience - enterprise level & for business critical programs, within complex business/technology landscapes;
Experience of managing complex change processes and relationships involving a wide range of both internal and external multi-cultural stakeholders across a variety of disciplines;
About 12 years with European Pharmaceutical Company in a High Level (CIO level);
About 7 years with Airline subjects in a High Level, inclusive in BCS (Boeing Computer Services Inc) – Seattle;
Experience in leading and motivating multi disciplinary, (and some-times geographically remote teams); a high degree of self awareness and an understanding of how to drive and support excellent team performance and individual development;
Ability to speak and write professional Portuguese, English and French;
High level financial management skills (included SOX awareness) to steer the operational budget and experience: Managing IT operation at Board level, Management Merge & Acquisition at IT level;
Experience in representing an organization with partners, government agencies, private sector organizations at senior level: locally, regionally and globally;
Experience in start from zero or reorganization an organization or affiliates.
