During university I finished Bachelor of Science in mechanical Engineering where I received an award as Cum Laude . I've been finished biscuits baking course in UFM Baking Schools in Thailand. I have attended several seminars pertaining to production management and food safety management system. I am conversant with biscuits manufacturing forte like ISO 9001-2002, HACCP, GMP ,HALAL CERTIFICATION, Occupational Safety and Health Hazards, all pre-requisite programs of food safety management system. and just recently, I have just continue enhancing my skills in food safety management system taking the course of ISO/TS 22000 - 2013 series.
I've been working for more than 20 years of experience in food production management specializing in yeast, wafers, and biscuits manufacturing which I have gained solid knowledge into the whole process from its raw materials, until warehousing of the products. I was able to increase our productivity yield by 10% through my project as part of product/ process improvement.

I ‘m a good team player , in fact, I have mastered my ability and skills to coach, train, motivate and lead my team into reaching our respective set targets in production . And using this strategies that I have, I develop strong teamwork with my people and we found no difficulties in achieving our set goals in production.

I am also a determined and dedicated person, in fact, during my early years in recent company, I was assigned by my boss to handle Biscuit department, the ISO documentation. because most of its procedures manual as well as work instructions there were not properly done yet . She gave me two months to accomplish all those jobs.
I started getting things done to all necessary documentation needed in production while also attending my daily routine job in production. I never mind how long I was working on it in order to finished my assigned task. I always believe with my motto, “ DO THINGS RIGHT FOR THE FIRST TIME EVEN IT TAKES EXTRA EFFORT OF TIME. After a month passed, I was able to finish all necessary documents for ISO certification requirement. When my boss knew my accomplishment, she was delighted and appreciate my work. And by then, I was appointed as the document officer for ISO, HACCP, and HALAL certification in our department.

Overall with those qualities and experience combine with my educational achievements makes me a very fit for the position which I am very interested to join your prestigious organization..
