Currently Working in HT Media as HR generalist and I am handling all HR function which cover the recruitment and selection (including campus recruitment), Induction & orientation, HR Policies, Retention through the innovative employee engagement programs & R&R, grievance handling understand the business units with supporting and demonstrate strong analytical skills, Updating and maintaining HR Records (HRIS) in different verticals (Recruitment, Joining Records, Training and Development records, Employee Data Base, Office time, Attendance & Leave Management etc.), Statutory Compliance and complete exit formalities and full & final settlement keep the management updated.
In past I have worked at Educomp Education Solution Pvt Ltd as HR cum counselor.
