- Erection & commissioning of Turbine and its auxiliaries,
- Erection & commissioning of Boiler pressure parts and steam line,
- Layout, G.A., P& ID, flow diagram & control logic study, remark & approval.
- Product inspection, test and certification as required
- Indent, technical approval, follow-up & quality assurance plan for raw material handling & pollution control equipments.
- Fabrication, erection, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Co-coordinating with key project members & maintaining continuous review for project Progress.
- Negotiation with contractors, suppliers & vendors.
- Planning, inspection & dispatch schedule for major fabricated items ready by vendors.
- Liasioning with Boiler Inspectorate on need based.
