Adequate experience in pre-contract engineering of projects including estimation, costing, bidding & tendering. Ability to closely work with multiple stakeholders and internal project management team and managing interfaces and dependencies to bring out project deliverables as per plan. Track record of success in delivering projects within budget, quality & timeline parameters; closely working with client, consultants, contractors, vendors & project team.
