I have experienced in Foundry (Pressure Die casting), Sheet metal and Electronic partsmanufacturing industries. I am having exposure in the high precision /critical parts of Engine, Sheet metal body parts and Electronic parts for Automobile applications.
I have resolved various types of quality issues / improvements for different OEM customers like TVS Motors, Hyundai Motors, Ford, Tata Motors, Nissan, M & M & Ashok Leyland.
Rich experience of around 24+ years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control and systems and implemented all ISO / TS documents from company scratch period to QMS surveillance.
At present I am working for M/ s Visteon Automotive Systems Ltd, who is a major Tier-1 vendor, supplying Cluster (Speedo Meter) and Audio for Hyundai Motors, Ford, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors and Renault Nissan.
