Currently I am working as a Admin Manager . Having 6+ years of experience, would like to apply for the Administrative role along with HR and IT coordination , in your esteemed organization .My varied administrative & HR experiences and extensive skills in performing general administrative tasks make me an ideal candidate for this position. Currently handling a team of 6 people in Bangalore office . Similarly handling lot of other DAY TO DAY OPERATION IN PAN INDIA as well.
My Current employer M/S Dhruthi Infra Projects Ltd , Bangalore India / USA and my previous employer M/s Colliers international is global leader in real estate and facility management headquartered at California USA, my roles includes all DAY to HR Activities and general office administration, vendor management, Facility management ,financial management including paying suppliers , AMC's, Travel desk ( Passport/ Visa/ ticket- PAN India / Globally), preparing monthly statement and managing petty cash, company corporate social responsibility (CSR), Property management , Infrastructure creation & Development , supporting IT and networking roles. My account-abilities also include meeting government (state government statutory compliance like labour law, corporation law and liasoning with state government official in tax compliance (shop and establishing act tax/professional tax). My Bangalore office constitutes 350 on roll employees. My biggest strength is to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
