I am a senior Insurance & Risk Management, Wealth Management, Islamic Banking & Takaful, Health & Safety, Regulatory & Compliance and Project Management professional. I started as a life insurance professional (as Sales Officer, Sales Manager and Branch Manager during 1983 – 1990) and subsequently became a composite insurance professional. From 1983 – 2002, I worked in insurance companies and in 2002 I switched over from insurance companies to insurance broking companies and finally business analysis and management consulting.

Over the years I gained thorough experience in planning, organising, staffing, developing, coordinating, reporting and budgeting for all functional areas of several insurance companies and insurance broking companies. I have excellent in communication and convincing skills, time-tested customer focus and relationship building capability, excellent leadership qualities and succession planning skills and appreciable problem solving and decision making capabilities.

I am good in evolving and implementing strategies, fixing and accomplishing corporate goals and familiar in market analysis and establishing market trends. I am an accomplished leader in risk analysis and management, pioneer in setting up systems to thwart against costs and frauds, expert in content development and proficient in imparting training for ISO 31000 and OHSAS 18001. Above all, I carry a passion in identifying and placing ideal candidates for all business domains and I am doing it for more than two decades.
