As a qualified senior IT professional with 12 years of experience across diverse organizations in India and Nigeria, having exposure to rendering support & troubleshooting software/ hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printer & Server, Router, Switch, DVR etc) and administering network related issues, I present herewith, my candidature to work with your company, in a challenging managerial role and add value to the operations.

Well-versed in design/ evaluation of technology infrastructures, configuration for implementation of new technologies; manage Antivirus System Console to monitor for Virus Activities/Malware, I also possess good knowledge in administration/ evaluation of hardware & software annual maintenance contracts, preparing/ presenting annual budgets/ monthly reviews.

Presently functioning as IT - Administrator with Food Industry at Nigeria, I am involved in configuration/ control of Firewall (SonicWall), setting up/ maintenance of software (Sage 50/ Payroll software (Paypac)) and GPRS, implementing 5S, back up & disaster recovery procedures and implementing IT-SOP. I am also involved in conducting customer-wise sales analysis and preparing corresponding rate chart.

Throughout my professional tenure, I have gained immense knowledge in setting up IT infrastructure, defining IT policies/ standards, developing IT strategies to enhance IT availability, preserving assets by implementing disaster recovery, back-up procedures, information security and control structures.
