Profile
I'm a veteran book critic (for North American publications) and editor interested in relocating to the Gulf. Working as an editor or copywriter would suit me perfectly, given my extensive editing and writing experience as well as my meticulous attention to detail.
My citizenship is German and I'm based in Lebanon, but English is my first language. (As mentioned, I write for US and Canadian newspapers and magazines -- Boston Globe, Miami Herald, Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, Christian Science Monitor, San Francisco Chronicle, others.) I also speak and read Arabic fluently.
I've just completed a novel of my own, am ready for a new challenge, and could move to Dubai sooner rather than later.
Below are links to some of my recent work.
