Broad based knowledge more than 10 years of professional experience as an Interior Architect Designer included last 5 years as a Construction Manager, Design Luxury, Royal Villas, Development Design and working drawings, Develop sketches, Key Master Planning and perspectives for the Concept Design, FF & E , Review design with design team and AFC team to identify opportunities for innovation , Ensure information flow, including RFIs/TQs is maintained to all relevant parties and that comments / approvals are received and returned to document / query originator within the specified comments, serve as the senior Site representative in all matters related to the execution of construction activities.
Process projects including space planning, product knowledge, specification, drafting techniques, workshop details, coordination drawings expert level and Projects Management.
Extensive experience includes significant amounts of client liaison and technical problem-solving which enables an employer to have confidence for a successful project outcome
Training and coordination of administrative and operational support personnel, with the ability to work productively and effectively with all levels of management and a full range of personalities
Daily responsible for management of The Engineers, Designers and Draughtsman ensuring that the work is of the highest standard
Furthermore, based on my skills such as hand sketch & freehand designing for Perspectives, workshop details and coordination drawings, which will favorably influence the time and cost of projects
