I wish to introduce myself as a self-motivated young IIT Engineer looking for challenging opportunities that provides enough avenues for realization of the acquired academic potential & past industrial experience to meet the industrial needs.

Currently I am working with IOT - Central Engineering Services, Mumbai as Deputy General Manager from Oct 2010 & July 2016. I am reporting to Engineering Head of Engineering Services. IOT is EPC Company engaged in Oil Terminal, Cross Country Pipelines & GGS Projects. IOT is joint venture between Indian Oil & Oil Tanking Germany. I am responsible for concept to commissioning of IOT own terminals as well as terminals built up for third parties. I have worked as Lead Engineer for many detailed engineering activities such as CUT Raipur Terminal, OT Karimun Terminal as well as IL & FS Terminal, Fujiraha. I have developed conceptual scheme for LPG Import & Transfer facility for IOT Navghar Terminal as well as LPG Bottling facility for Nagpur location.
While working in Chemtex Global Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai as Deputy Chief Engineer (Process), I have leads a team of ten Process Engineers to carry out detailed Process Engineering activities of300TPD HPCL Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) at Visakhapatnam, India.
Similarly while working in technical service department of Lubrizol & NOCIL -RCD for 16 years, I got opportunity to work in area of technology absorption from in-house R&D and scale up in-house R & D process to pilot plant. Based on pilot plant trials, results of R & D were validated & Basic Engineering documents of new processes were prepared. I also involved in debottlenecking activities of existing plants as well as start-up & commissioning of new units. I have also involved in plant troubleshooting activities & actively work with production department to improve product quality & batch time.
I have over twenty two year experience in field of Detailed Engg, Process Engineering & Technogy department, Safety, gives me ample opportunities to work in various fields engineering such as mass & energy balance, development of PFD, P& ID, Equipment design, process simulation using CHEMCAD, HYSYS, Pipenet Standard, Pipenet Transient etc.
I have also done Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety. I have hands on experience to carry out various safety studies such as HAZOP, Risk Analysis, Job safety Analysis, Faulty Tree Analysis required for the various projects. My additional qualification in safety helps me to analysis various safety measures to be considered during process design phase which help in compliance of OISD & CCOE guidelines & avoid any major changes in detailed design during safety reviews such as Design Review Meeting, HAZOP, SIL, Risk analysis etc.
I am also a self starter and am very chemically inclined. I strive for simple, cost- effective, common sense solutions to technical problems. I have an excellent work ethics. I have proven ability to lead projects. Able to work effectively across disciplines and departments.
