With the knowledge of structured problem solving and reliability tools, I have brought improvements in Organizations. I expertise and seek growth in the field of Operation and Maintenance, Business Excellence, RCM, Six-Sigma, RCA etc. I have strong hold in using software like SAP,CMMS, Minitab, RCM etc. I love working in MS Excel and Power Point. I got an advantage to work in variety of plants as the Organizations I worked-in has diversified businesses like Aluminum Plant, Zinc Plant, Power Plant, Desalination and Gas Distribution. I enjoy working as a change agent. I believe change(improvement) is necessary for all organizations to survive competition. And the change in culture is the spark needed for a faster growth.
