Reviewing Welding Register and Welding Procedure Specifications.

Conducting study of finishing process, heat treatment, pre/post production treatment, surface protection to relevant standards as applicable Witnessing of High/Low Pressure hydro testing of Piping systems

Supervising the welder Qualification Test with client representative.

Reviewing project specific Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), reviewing NDT procedures and maintaining QC documentation to ensure adequate documented evidence is available.

Participating in the internal audits, controlling non conforming products, raising & resolving non-conformance reports and ensuring compliance to corrective/preventive actions.
