 Project Management / Execution handled up to the value of 45 Million USD. Experienced and participation in various contractual strategic steps (PEP) to lead project execution such as Scope of work, Planning, Cost control, Schedule, quality and revenue generation etc.

 Day to day activities of Project objective / review meeting, client progress meeting and plan execution contributions. Control / Monitor availability of materials and spares and ensure repair works are within the standard / requirements.
 Generate monthly analysis data report and submit to Manager of projects. Proficient with SAP, MS office, Project and CMMS software. Handled Projects with limited resources and cost saving initiatives in maintenance / projects.
 Prepare project execution plan, budget and manpower requirement and execution.
 Accomplished industrial safety standards through SANTIS (UK) based profession.
 Trained leadership skills through ILM level I, II for first line managers. (Institute of leadership management, UK). Train and plan for new comers training program to reinforce the team.
