• Having 22+years experience in the field of power sector and present working in Solar field as Projects Manager and implementation of Erection, installation & inspection of O.H. Generators, power and distribution transformers and Power transmission lines upto 33 KV - pole erection, earthing, stayset, hardware installation, conductor stringing, sagging, ground clearance as per IE Rules End to End ownership of program/project management including Prepare, track and modify project plan and ensure project deliverables are met in time. Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with internal and external teams for the implementation. Develop program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. Analyze department requests and develop innovative solutions that incorporates finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, and tools to meet stakeholder needs
