Was part of the Finance closure team concluding a USD 250 M cross border loans from Multilateral Financial Institutions as IFC/EBRD and ADB.

St up the Finance reporting/Budgetary control/ Approvals and Governance and Audit and Assurance process.

 Participated in the Financial Modeling and Contract clearance for a 10 year deal of the size USD 280 M in Tech Mahindra
 Business case for new capacity creations in Tata Teleservices Ltd
 Worked on launch of new towns/products/plans from Revenue accounting and assurance side
 Professional Consultancy arrangements with strict regulatory compliance in Astra Zeneca
 External Commercial Borrowings from Astra Sweden – around 4 M $
 Standard costing for new Capex investments in Coats Vyella
 Royalty payments and related certifications
Coordinated and helped conclude the Institutional funding for the Truck Tyre Project in TVS Sri Chakra Tyres
