• Understanding the Exact Civil scope of work from Tender Documents, Tender Drawings and discussing with client if any.
• Developing and implementing best quality practices and processes for product developments.
• Experience in identifying all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis
• Experience in supervising effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies
• Possess motivational management style with a record of being able to deliver positive results independently & under pressure
