Project objective: -
The purpose of the project which intends to build a 400,000 BPD grassroots refinery and hydrocarbon terminal facilities as part of the overall Jazan Economic city (JEC) development located at BOKM North of existing Jazan city.


Having twenty (20) years extensive experience in the field of Oil and Gas construction environment, Building Constructions (Industrial such as construction of Big Factories, Power Plants & other automotive plants from inception to executions as well as residential such as Major Housing projects etc., Construction of Major Water Supply Schemes, Irrigation Schemes & Sewerage schemes and also in other infrastructure works.

Adroit in FIDIC, NEC, JCT and various other bespoke Contract Forms, Pre Contract and Post Contract Management, preparing & Examination of all Technical and Commercial Proposals including RFQ, detailed specification, BOQ, tendering, negotiation, bid evaluation, contract administration, Change Orders, Variation Orders, Construction claims, Invoices & coordinating with client, design office, Consultants, contractors and sub-contractors. A project planner with expertise in planning, executing and spearheading construction projects involving contract administration in compliance to quality & quantity standards. Well versed in examining measurements sheets and bills, etc. Well experienced in general post contract QS functions such as preparation / review / recommendation.
