My core responsibilities are:-
• Implementing the ERP module at all facilities of the company generation.
• Interacting with internal department for Business requirement/process gathering, testing,
UAT, customization and go-live support in order to implement ERP.
• Hands on knowledge on core ERP cycle, procure to pay,order to cash,Production & Planning.
• Developing MIS Reports using Qlik View BI,Oracle Discoverer Report & Toad Software.
• Building & maintaining IT infrastructure to support all operations of the organization. Vendor
management for IT infrastructure and Security requirement of the organization.
• Negotiating with vendors for various licenses and hardware requirements.
• Streamlining Hardware & Software support to all branches, antivirus, firewall, Server
backup, proxy server,Internet/ Intranet, Mail server & Email etc.
• Defined and implemented effective security governance framework to ensure sustainable
adherence to policies and standards, robust business continuity plan, service and standard
based operating model.
• Setting up and maintaining IT Infrastructure and Leading the Network, System & Security.
