• Manage and execute projects for simulation group for CAE and CFD.

• Handling the responsibility of whole group and solve the technical issues for the group.
• Review the performance management of the group.
• Technical expertise in the area of design and development coupled with structural analysis of systems and components.
• Excellent problem solving capabilities with proven record of successful design of structural systems to increase safety margins, product reliability, reduce cost and time-to-market.
• Keep the simulation team as a stable team.
• Received “Performance Appreciation Award” Awards for year 2013.
• Executed onsite projects in Neuss, Germany for 1.5 months.
