 Expertise in lodgement of PDC (cheque, updation of file in system, security / storage of file) property papers, release of property papers cheques noc etc customer care, welcome kit /letters /reschedulement of cases cheques hand-over to customer etc
 Sound knowledge on Accountancy and Book keeping with Indian GAAP and working knowledge on US GAAP.
