▪Title: Streamlined Vehicle Color Harmony
Description: Managed Color harmony between body & exterior plastic parts was a major issue. Many cars used to get affected for this issue & plant’s matrices used to get affected. Took it as a challenge & streamlined this harmony in less than one month. Started with weekly reviews for all car lines & all shades, close monitoring for all not ok parts & getting them corrected from the concerned agency with proper guidance. This was streamlined for last 2 years & there are no color harmony complaints till date.
Highlight: Received the “Star Performer “award. This color harmony process & objective data method was implemented in GM China & GM Uzbekistan also.

▪Title: Water Leakage issue for Sail & Beat through weather strips
Description: Major line stoppages & rework was involved in this water leakage issue. The water leakage was the topmost issue affecting plant’s quality matrices.
Led the team to resolve this issue by systematic approach & proper analysis. Highlight: Was appreciated globally in GM & was rewarded for the same.
