PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS: - I have over 24 years of enriching experience in Project Management including Coordination & Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, Testing & Commissioning as well as Manufacturing of package equipment, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Piping & Structure for Oil & Gas and Petro-chemical Industries with below highlights.
 Manage all aspects of assigned projects including client relationships, scope, cost, schedule & quality.
 Foster a spirit of enthusiasm, client focus, team building, and continuous improvement with the group.
 Strong team player with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Focal point of all client communications and Responsible for the direction of engineers/supervisors to achieve the implementation aspect of the project, Liaison with design & procurement management to ensure the continuous improvement philosophy across the construction function, delivering best practices at all times and identifies area for improvement.
 Update project status in the company’s system and Communicate project status on a regular basis to both internal and external stakeholders.
 Reviewing & providing input on policies and procedures governing project management, project controls, engineering & procurement, HSE safe working practices/ procedures & Quality assurance management that impact Project construction activities.
 Enforce safety rules and monitor safety practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all workers.
 Experience in manufacturing, scheduling, monitoring, managing workforce, executing and resource management + Cost estimation for fabrication & erection of Pressure vessels, Cladded vessels, Columns, Heat exchangers, Rotary dryers, Storage Tanks, Fuel Tanks, Skids, Furnaces, Chimney, CS & SS Piping, Structures, Steel Bridges, Etc.
