I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with 12 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, Audit, Taxation, Secretarial Functions and Compliance. Presently working with Enorm Realty (a Wadhawan Group of Companies) as VP – Accounts & Finance. I have also completed my LLB from Mumbai University.

I am proficient in executing key responsibilities pertaining to Budgeting, Internal Control, Finalization and Fund Management I possess comprehensive understanding of various Acts, Rules, Regulations of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, RoC and also possess very good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax Acts. In addition, I have also handled Audit and Taxation matters of many entities in the past

I am proficient in handling a gamut of functions such as Organizing Meetings, Investor Relations, Statutory Compliances, Financial Reporting etc. I am proficient in drafting Memorandum of Association, Partnership Deed, Vetting of legal documents, commercial agreements etc.
