PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

From April 2015, in the prestigious project the construction contract of package 3 of Oman Convention and Exhibition Center (OCEC) project has been awarded to Joint Venture (JV) between Shapoorji Pallonji Middle East (SPML) and Oman Shapoorji Construction Company LLC. Work Experience
Material receipts:
ï Receiving of various materials and verification of materials received with reference to Estimate, Quotation, Delivery Orders (DO s).
ï Preparation of “Goods Receipt Note” (GRN) or LPO (Local Purchase Order) on daily basis for all direct and indirect material received and circulating the copy of information of purchase section and department concerned.
ï Preparation of Goods Inspection Report and offering material received for inspection to concerned department / person.
ï Ensures updating of daily transactions.
Material Issues:
ï Issuing of materials from all stocks to various departments on material issue slips duly approved by competent authority.
ï Following First in First out (FIFO) methods of issuing in case of material that have self life constraints to avoid expires and change of properties.
Inventory Management:
ï Adoption of various Inventory control techniques viz. ABC analysis, Vital-Essential –Desirable (VED) analysis, etc. For effective inventory control.
ï Finalization of inventory levels viz. Maximum, recorder, Minimum and Buffer levels for all the productions related consumable, keeping in view monthly/ Weekly consumption and lead time for procurement.
ï Planning of layout of store room so that materials are easily identified and accessible.
ï Using Bin cards tagged with respective items to avoid stock-outs and to have better control over the store inventory.
ï Feedback to purchase wings for necessary procurement, action so as to avoid stock-outs.
ï Final updating of Materials at Central Stores for Annual Audit as per ISO 9000 standard before ending of every year.
Maintenance of Records:
ï Responsible for ensuring proper computerization and documentation of Goods Receipt Note, (GRN)
ï Daily receipts of materials register.
ï Daily issue of materials registers.
ï Daily stock reports.
ï Monthly physical stock report

Receipts of Material:
ï Verification of received materials (physically& Quantity) as per Purchase Order.
ï Getting the quality inspected accepting the cleared goods in stores.
ï Maintain daily receipt register.
ï Generate MRN for received materials and maintaining records and posting on ledger.
ï Stock preparation: - monthly/quarterly/half yearly and yearly basis.
ï Arrange logistical support such as providing necessary papers and forms.
ï Supervision of storing and stocking of all materials related to Division.
ï Monitoring and controlling of Inward and Outward Materials.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Planning:-
ï To inform management beforehand of the difficulties which may crop up later in achieving targeted.
ï Co-ordinate the activities of different departments related to the production.
ï Daily checking the actual performance against the given Production Plan & reporting Exceptional deviation to the concerned authorities for the corrective action of the same.
Capacity Planning:-
ï Responsible for capacity balancing of each shop. Running extra shift & subcontracting some
Operations to overcome shortage hours.
Shop Floor Control:-
ï Provide the material of right quality, in right quantity at right time to each shop effectively through our SAP-ERP.
ï Keep daily track of issued material to each shop & ensure minimum inventory on shop floor.
ï Daily shop wise production planning and monitoring as the same per kan-ban (pull-push) system.
Inventory Control:-
ï CONTROLLING Inventory turn ratio Manage minimum Inventory of Finished Good (Without suffering Costumer, Raw material (Without suffering our Production) by making ABC analysis,
Defined Min & Max stock level, by in warding material as per requirement only.
ï Started D.O.L (Direct on Line).Work on JIT for “A” class item. Scheduling for bought out components.
ï Generation & releasing of production.
Report Generation:-
ï Responsible for generating MIS & SIX IN ONE report Like daily Production & Dispatch report, Monthly agreed & Tentative Production Plan, Shop wise production Report, Loss hrs Repots, VMI report Keeping, All records as per TS 16949 Specified Norms.
ï Plant/Group level/Department presentations for new customers, TPM meet etc.
