As a qualified business management professional, with 17+ years of professional experience, I have proven track record to oversee assigned tasks as profit centre head managing a multinational and multicultural staff and stakeholders. Moreover, I was assigned the task to explore new market opportunities for incremental business growth & generate incremental revenue flows to meet top line & bottom-line growth targets. I frame strategic directions to identify future potential customers and explore opportunities to accelerate expansion that helps increase revenues and improve profitability to positively impact the balance sheet and meet set organizational objectives. I worked as Vice President- Sales & Business Development Middle East, with Sturdy Products UAE Ltd., UAE, for 7+ years where my job profile includes but is not limited to tasks to prepare strategic sales & marketing plans & identify primary thrust areas to manage business development. Moreover, I engage in competitor analysis across GCC regions to drive segment-wise targeted sales volumes with full P&L accountability to analyze cash flows and meet approved sales budget. The company manufactured different products catering to different sectors including Construction & Contracting, Oil & Gas, Airports, Road & Transport, Hospitality, Healthcare, Municipalities, etc., to name a few. I oversee and work closely with the departmental heads of supply chain and production, finance & administration and coordinate with stakeholders to manage UAE factory operations, to manufacture internationally certified heavy duty rotational plastic products.

In the previous company which was into Information Technology business, I worked as General manager managing operations of ERP and other software and hardware business with main focus on sales and business development in hospitality, retail and other related sectors in UAE. I and my team were able to always overachieve the budget set while I was in this company for 3+ years.

Among other tasks, I conduct sales forecasts, sets annual budgets & sales targets as well as set optimum market operated pricing strategy to meet profitability goals in line with overall corporate budget & operational guidelines. Besides, my organizational skills help me frame strategic directions on marketing & business development, coordinate with Key decision makers, and ensure delivery of excellent customer service. I involve in new products launches and organize exhibitions, seminars, etc. to create product awareness, penetrate new markets, and generate market demand worth millions of dirhams per annum.
