I am an Engineer & MBA with over 26 years of Industrial experience (Steel Industry) and have worked in India, Indonesia, Dubai & Ghana. I have risen to increasingly responsible position and currently working as Business Head for a small to mid-size company. My core competence lies in Commercial functions (especially procurement, supply chain, Contract & project management etc) with business development. I am a hard core professional with entrepreneurial drive. I am Passionate about driving an effective company culture which inculcates transparency, teamwork, knowledge sharing and problem solving.
