I am RAJESH completed Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from CALICUT UNIVERSITY at 2009 and having an additional certifications of CSWIP 3.1,BGAS,ISO Lead Auditor, Oil field engineering & quality control with NDT Level II in the following years .
I have over all 8 year of experience in petrochemical / oil and gas and Ship building industries as an Owner representative / QA/QC inspector / project engineer in various companies. I have started my professional career at 2009 as a project engineer trainee in BROTHERS ENGINEERING AND ERECTORS LTD for KUDAN KULAM ATOMIC POWER STATION followed by gulf career was started at SAUDI AREBIA as a QA/QC- Piping/Welding/coating inspector at 2010 onwards in various projects as Saudi Kayan phenolic Project, NCP North Pole extension project, Saudi Aramco Total Refinery project under NASSERS-AL-HAJRI CORP. and then in DRY DOCKS WORLD DUBAI as STRUCTURAL & WELDING QC-Inspector and then served as an Owner representative (HULL/PIPING/OUTFITTINGS) in CHELLSEA PVT.LTD- SINGAPORE for various platform supply vessels being constructed at CHINA. Through this I got good experience in all construction standards & codes such as construction drawings, material inspection, dimensional check , welding procedure, welder qualification, selection of electrodes, weld visual inspection, hydro testing, offshore structural inspection, various classification standards and knowledge in painting procedures, holiday test & tape wrapping as per SSPC & NACE std. with relevant experience in documentation as per ISO Stds
