Hi this is Rajendran, Having 9 years experience in HR and IR functioning in large manufacturing industries in and around Tamilnadu. I had start up with my carrier in Aston Shoes Pvt Ltd., it is the company learned me about core HR and IR function of industries. During this time my interest focus to Industrial Relations functions of the company, company has decide to me focus IR issues of the company and co ordinate with my senior managers. My rolls in IR - Employees Basis grievances like (Canteen, Transportation, Union members negotiations, employees interchange, notice to employees, bonus disbutes and F&F). After few year i had upgrade my level to next company it is Leewon Precision PVt Ltd., this is company is manufacturing Hyundai Automobiles spares located in chennai, Korean based company. In this concern my primary part is IR, looking inspector of factories, factories plan approval and Man power planning. Finally i got Senior Executive Position in TATVA Global Environmental Engineers ltd., it is purely environmental based company functioning from Mumbai. In this concern i am looking after Solid waste management since last 6 years doing challenging HR rolls in this concern. Now my aim is doing International HR practice all over world.
