Overall 20 years of work experience. Working in Asian paints Ltd. for last 17 years and having done various stints in different parts of the country (East, West, North, Central and South) and in different Business units i.e. Network Sales, Project Sales, Services and Marketing. (Bangalore, Kolkata, Delhi, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Indore, Mumbai)

I have been able to create breakthrough performances in various roles and have been rated in top bracket across the various stints. I have also been able to adapt well in different roles, Different Functions and Different Geography and deliver in the focus areas.

In Asian paints Limited I have handled the channel sales for 11.5 years, B to B sales for 5 years (8 years in total), Services Marketing for 0.5 years and am handling the marketing portfolio (Loyalty+ Retailing) from December 2016 onwards.

9. Tata Liebert Ltd-Mumbai as Assistant Manager for a year, wherein my work involved marketing and selling precision air conditioners in western region. I was responsible for sales, and marketing. It involved Dealer openings, new product development, organising seminars, participating in exhibitions and interregional coordination.

PROJECTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Super Achievement of Sales Targets in all years in sales and have been rated in the Top Bracket across the years.
Successfully carried out dealer Trips in the current profile and has been appreciated across and was able to streamline lot of costs with lot of innovations and have shown obsession with respect to customers to create the experience.
I have Streamlined and sharpened the Contractor loyalty program with lot of ownership with respect to IT ,Settlements and focus areas.
Was the Top achiever in West and East Project Sales in B to B and was able to achieve good market share gains along with spectacular growths.
I have also driven the highest no of initiatives and was able to Invent and simplify the same for the team and also did a focused drive towards the strategic business orientation
Have also created a big Change by challenging the status quo in the following things-New pdts performance, New segment approach, new influencer approach, Team training and DSR training, MS gains in key areas, Developing team and leaders and Developing achievement orientation
I was handling the 40% of the B to B business and was able to achieve 10% growths over budgets in the west and 15% growths in the East and have always insisted on highest standards for customer servicing and response.
I have also been the focal person for conducting divisional meets, trips and conducted Pso/Tso meets and has been able to multi task and show bias for action.
Also was able to grow the focus segment(Government, Hotels, Factories) in a big way through proper planning and innovation.
I Have always believed in driving results and stay true to commitments made and hold other people to account.
Have carved out new models for the small Society segment in Mumbai and achieved 11 crores in the first year itself and have always looked at strategic business focus in all the new areas.
I have also carved out new model on the key account focus in Kolkata.
I was also able to create a big difference in segment approach in east and carved out new territories and did well on execution excellence across the east division.
The key accounts in east registered a big jump in market share in my stint and was able to transform the culture in east and have also learnt a lot as a leader.
Also did a lot of work on applicator professionalization and business driving through consultants in Mumbai.
Was able to create new records in new waterproofing range through planning, training, team motivation and focused approach and achieve 15 crores of sale and was able to build successful partnerships with all stakeholders.
Was also able to create milestones in the Tools sale(4 crores).
I was also able to drive the new product sale extremely effectively through the team and achieved 5.7 crores of sale
I was able to make a big market share change in east and west markets in Key accounts specifically through good planning, relationship building, solution centric approach, customization and regular presence across.
I won the best trainer award for the team in east.

Good focus on training of the team(took 6 Srijan sessions) and applicators(took 5 Adapt sessions).
I was also able to create a big difference in MS gains in select focus applicators and accounts.
I have also drive the automation agenda extremely strongly and achieved 1.5 crore of sale through automation.
I have also conducted training programs for the team and ensured a good increase in intellectual capital across.
I was also able to gain market share in indore city and was able to drive depolarization in a strategic way and also drove the profitability agenda strongly.
I was able to drive lot of product initiatives and bungalow initiatives more creatively in the indore market.
I was also able to create a pull for applicator loyalty in indore unit and which was the biggest in the country.
I was responsible for streamlining and splitting the Bangalore unit into different geographies.
I was also able to gain MS and register spectacular growths in the biggest unit in Bangalore.

I have also driven lot of marketing and product level initiatives in a innovative way in Bangalore city.
I have been able to adapt to entrepreneurial spirit in my Bangalore Homesolution stint and was able to deliver big mile stones across all the months with great teamwork.

I had achieved highest sales growth in value and new products in Jabalpur and also was a pioneer in putting PCFA structure for the 1st time.
Also carried out maximum no. of promotional and innovative promotions in Jabalpur and was also responsible for coordinating and organizing all regional level promotions and trips.
